i didn't squeeze pre, i think there are better hands to do it with and this plays fine multiway. turn is where it gets tricky. i have 3 pair + nut flush draw + nut gutshot and the guy who bets pot is 57/16, kinda aggro, has shown a few bluffs and stacked off once with some draw on the turn. is my shove at least OK here? i know it's at least a call on the turn even if I could see that he has it because I have around 40%.

I'd prefer not 3betting pre. if the K was a diamond and the J/8 was a club. But even then it punishes the BTN more to 3bet, and force him to gamble with his QJ9. He will be used to calling with a lot of trash and playing position with a large SPR, you just calling is exactly what he wants.
I would probably raise the flop, because getting folds is worth more there. PFR can just be cbetting and BTN station is a station, and calling and then checking a lot of turns sucks. On the turn you'd prefer villain behind you to call, and you'll mostly get all worse hands to fold and better ones to call (not saying I'd fold river though).
