At first thought I'm not sure I like the call but I'd have to run the numbers. With the 3-bet we have tons of Kings and aces in our range, we should also have a lot of AK rundowns and I'm not sure what hero calls on turn with and then bluff raises river with that missed, can't be that many hands in his range, he is unlikely to raise a lot of 2-pair combos, likely to just call with those. So it's either air, kk, AA, ak, and very heavily discounted 99 hero raises with.

Saw one of the funniest examples of poker karma at a live 1/2/5 game at the casino. Old dude limp/calls preflop with AT78 and it goes heads-up with the preflop raiser; old asian dude with 5678 who's despised by other regs for being a bit scummy/unethical. Flop comes 456r. Limp/calling gentlemen bet/calls a pot-sized bet, turn is a brick. Old asian guy offers to check it down as he only has like $40 left in a $600 pot which the old gentlemen readily agrees to. River is a 9 (no flushes possible) and the gentlemen immediately checks and tables his hand, old asian scumbag without seeing the nuts tabled, puts in the rest of his chips insisting that he is allin saying 'I have the nuts'. Obviously old mate calls. Table erupts in laughter and the asian dude is confused then embarrassed and promptly leaves the table.
