***Small Stakes PLO BBV THREAD***
Alright here it is.
Because of the clutter of hand historys in the Low Content threads, we are going to have a seperate thread to post all your hand historys that serve no strategy purpose.
What to post here:
Bad beats
Big pots
Sick bluffs
Weird hands
etc
If you wan't to share your Hand Historys with us, please do it here. Also, feel free to discuss the hands as well.
Any questions?

PLO10 - 400BB pot standart
Full Tilt Poker $0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked
SB: $4.10
Hero (BB): $19.95
UTG: $9.85
MP: $9.05
CO: $8.00
BTN: $23.45
Pre Flop: Hero is BB with 4 3 6 5
1 fold, MP calls $0.10, 1 fold, BTN raises to $0.45, SB calls $0.40, Hero calls $0.35, 1 fold
Flop: ($1.45) 4 3 J (3 players)

I think betting into the pre flop raiser here is good, right?

I dont donk bet like this often, do you have any stats on him, especially do you know how often he c-bets? if he does it rarely this is fine, but if often i would definitely try going for check raise.

Well, as I am new I think I have to accept what you are saying. However, can you tell me exactly why you don't like such donk bets? He will fold most of the time, so actually I will be making less money than if I go for a check-raise or sth else?
As for this particular example, I still don't have big enough db and think haven't played against him. However, villian lost 1 bi shortly after he sat down on the table to me. Plus, after that I can definitely say that his VP$iP was >50 and PFR<10, which is what you refer to as donk/morron stats if I am correct. However, he managed to build this >20BB stack and started to raise pre-flop a lot and 2 hands before this I 3-bet him and he 4-betted...I folded than and decided to wait for a better spot. And than this hand, in which I am big underdog only against JJhh and was lucky enough probably to turn a higher straight. And finally I think that my image was tight passive preflop and aggresive postflop if he even was paying attention but I might be wrong.

Re: ***PLO BBV THREAD***
I lead here the vast majority of the time; there aren't that many players that you can reliably get a check/raise from 3-handed and you don't really want to be bloating the pot too much anyway since you're deep.

Yes, it really is killing me. However, in this big pot ($40), FT took only $2 which is actually 5%...very strange. Also, I play with 27% rakeback offer if it can make up for the ridiculous rake%

Re: ***PLO BBV THREAD***
My year to date:
Not including -20k or so live and -50k in January, putting me on what is I think one of my longest break even stretches ever. Including stakes I'm just barely in the black for the year.
It's also worth noting that I've ran about +20k on allin pots over this graph too, which is kind of depressing.
I feel like I'm really playing some of the worst poker of my life the last little while... I've normally prided myself on really dealing with variance well, but this last stretch has been really ugly. I'm starting to develop a tilt problem, something that I haven't seen in years, and I'm doing things like auto-calling rivers out of frustration with obviously second-best hands.
I'm back playing mostly 5-10 at the moment, which is hard since I'm still very comfortably rolled (by my own obscene standards) to play 10-20, and could easily be taking shots at 25-50, I just don't have very much confidence in my game at the moment. I want to start focusing on getting back to the basics and just letting the opposition make their mistakes, but it's hard.
It's uplifting, though, that over my last 140k hands at 5-10 and above, I've still run at 5PTBB/100, and that stretch has included two breakeven stretches approaching 40k hands, which is sort of ridiculous.
It's during times like this that it's really helpful to go back through old databases and look at all my other bad stretches, to put things in perspective.
