So I started looking at the situations described in the title. These spots come up somewhat often and I'm not sure if I should be stabbing at some point in the hand. (Or maybe I should be cbetting some of these hands even)

---------------

Hand 1: I tend to not cbet weak draws/pairs on twotone flops, but hey I got both of em together this hand. Does that make it good enough to cbet on this flop? Should I be stabbing turn/river?

BTN: $6.39
SB: $7.91
BB: $4.69
UTG: $8.35
MP: $12.74
Hero (CO): $5.52

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is CO with A J T 6
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, BB calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.32) 2 K T (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.32) 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($0.32) 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

---------------

Hand 2: I started cbetting A high boards a lot less because I have read a lot about how raising and calling ranges are a lot more similar in PLO than NLHE etc. However, I may have overdone it though because my cbetting% is getting quite low I think (right around 60% 10k hands). As played I don't think betting a brick turn like this makes a lot of sense, but I feel like I could get him to fold a lot of JJ and QQ on the K river if I bet.

Hero (BTN): $9.74
SB: $4.64
BB: $5.00
UTG: $11.51
MP: $3.16
CO: $5.35

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with 3 9 9 Q
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, SB calls $0.10, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.29) A T T (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.29) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($0.29) K (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

--------------------

Hand 3: After he checks the river can we just expect him to fold to a lot of stabs?

Hero (BTN): $5.00
SB: $14.83
BB: $7.84
UTG: $5.44
MP: $6.72
CO: $16.46

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with 2 9 K 8
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, 1 fold, BB calls $0.07

Flop: ($0.26) T 4 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.26) 8 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($0.26) 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

2 and 3 are cbets, 1 you can bet turn for value/protection.

I figured we would for sure be over-cbetting if I cbet 3, but after running the sims turns out thats not true at all. Sure my checking range on this board becomes very weak but I shouldnt care about that at all at this level anyway.

Thanks!

In these spots in general, it's the wrong approach to prescribe a correct option in a vacuum (i.e., "when you have such and such hand, you should nearly always bet"), simply because EVs in a true vacuum are going to be close. For some people, checking down anything as the PFR is anathema ("Omg we turn our hand face-up! Omg we surrender the lead!") but there's nothing inherently bad about it.

In reality, which takes place outside of a true vacuum, the correct approach is more player-dependent -- against passive players who will raise tighter ranges when facing a bet (against whose check-raises folding is best by a clear margin), you can nearly always just lean towards betting the medium-strength made hands. Against stronger aggressive players, many of those hands begin to slant more towards checks (even hands that can continue against a check-raise). This applies to both c-bets and delayed c-bets. Hand #3 is somewhat different, being a weaker draw on the flop and on the turn. The decision in that case depends on folding frequencies more than the ratio between raise % and call %; against pretty sticky opponents it's a check (even when betting is +EV, as it takes a lot for betting the flop in particular not to be +EV, making that a low bar to try to cross).
