Hi . I hope the rabbit was delicious.
Yesterday in one session i marked all the hand where i dont know something. I will post a few hand and really welcome any answer.
1
The hand is against maniac, i think the turn pass is fine we would need 35% eq but i think we will not have that. i think i played well.
Results: $48.48 pot ($1 rake)
Final Board: K 7 J 9
SB mucked and won $47.48 ($23.49 net)
Hero mucked 7 5 4 7 and lost (-$23.99 net)
2
the guy from the looser side with 81/35
I like 3b pre , i thought with c.bet we can win many time on the flop , i just would bet/fold the turn if i hit my straight card, and we can give up once he calls on the flopp , on blank do we need to fire?
Preflop: Hero is BB with 8 6 9 7
3 folds, SB raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $4.50, SB calls $3
Flop: ($9) T T 6 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4, SB calls $4
Turn: ($17) 5 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks
River: ($17) T (2 players)
SB bets $8.50, Hero folds
Spoiler:
Results: $17 pot ($0.85 rake)
Final Board: T T 6 5 T
SB mucked and won $16.15 ($7.65 net)

The question is we should call the 3b pre ? i read everywhere , in position we dont pass to the 3b , but i feel like with this type of hands , just call the 3b and give up to much.
Results: $5.50 pot ($0.27 rake)
Final Board: 2 A 9
BB mucked and lost (-$1.75 net)
MP mucked and won $5.23 ($3.48 net)
Hero mucked 8 5 9 J and lost (-$1.75 net)
6. i think i play bit thight from the blinds , i know in plo videos everybody would defend that. with q high suit semi conneced hand , should go with pre.
Preflop: Hero is BB with 3 T Q 4
3 folds, BTN raises to $1.75, 2 folds
Spoiler:
Results: $1.25 pot
BTN mucked and won $1.25 ($0.75 net)

this hand is against 2 maniac , i really want to 4b, but i choose low variance , and pass , co 70/40 , btn 50/25 25%btn 3b, this hand is play good if we cold4b?
Yes, I would suggest picking the one or two hands that you think were the most interesting / problematic / come up frequently and start a thread for each individually.
1 That turn card sucks, but I think you have to go with it against a maniac..you are very rarely dead against a higher set, they always shove the flop, so he has straights, and then 2p hands + straight draws, or even 1p + SD (AKQ8 for example). We need 30% and we have 23% against QT** (although he often has 1 blocker to a FH giving us 20%)..and similar vs T8 combos. But I think he has enough non striaght to drag our equity up significantly, because when e are ahead we can be around 80%. A lot of QT hands will shove the flop is a consideration also
2 You played it fine
3 Call pre.
4 I call IP for certain
5 fold pre
6 defend
7 defend
8 I would 4 bet in this spot for sure
