PL Omaha $1(BB) Replayer
SB ($31.90)
Hero ($128)
UTG ($20)
UTG+1 ($100)
CO ($104)
BTN ($52.70)

Dealt to Hero 5 7 9 7

fold, fold, CO raises to $3.50, fold, fold, Hero?

CO is playing laggy and maybe on the too-loose side, but it's a small sample. He's not a huge fish, nor am I particularly scared of him making tricky plays.

Would this be a bad call to make?

Standard fold. Can't think of a single reason to call. Can you?

Looks fine. $49 invested, don't lose another $68 on a board like this 3-way.

Looks fine, will nearly always have made straight and very rarely something you're very far ahead of.

Seems fine too, his bet would be reasonable enough with QJ no redraws.

He ain't always betting his straights here cos a ton of your wraps just made a FH and will always call/raise. Oh, and a ton of his wrap hands just made a FH too.

Spew.

Re: *~* Quick Checkup Thread - PLO flavour *~*

When do you fold AAxx preflop in FR PLO200...?

I put the first raiser on KKxx and the RRer in LP on AAxx (I was right), but then wasn't sure mainly because of stack sizes (mainly disparity in stacks between open raiser and RRed in LP).

My side cards pushed me towards calling, but I would probably be calling with crappier AAxx.... it's PLO200 sometimes who knows what they are thinking.

PL Omaha $2(BB)
SB ($302)
BB ($200)
UTG ($506)
UTG+1 ($24.30)
UTG+2 ($337)
MP1 ($77.80)
Hero ($199)
BTN ($143)

Dealt to Hero A 8 A 7

UTG calls $2, UTG+1 calls $2, UTG+2 raises to $11, MP1 calls $11, Hero calls $11, BTN raises to $62,
fold, fold, fold, fold, [color=red]UTG+2 calls $51, MP1 calls $51, Hero ($11 in the pot, $178 left behind) ?

UTG+2 shows 7 3 K K
(Pre 26%)

MP1 shows T Q 6 J
(Pre 29%)

Hero shows A 8 A 7
(Pre 27%)

BTN shows 5 A A Q
(Pre 18%)

I knew the shorty would be getting best of it with some rundown. The real problem was figuring out how my AAxx does vs. AAxx and KKxx:

Ship it in. They're mediocre aces but... they're aces and you can your stack in pre-. Also you should 3-bet first time round.

Are there really that many hands that have a full house on the river that would be calling on the flop then raising this turn?
