MP does not have AA or 99 as he would've check-raised flop against a cbet and a call, especially since he's only got a 50BB stack behind him. So no need to worry about him. He probably has T9 or A9, or even just trip 9s.
If button has AA he sure played it weird, not 3betting preflop, then not raising flop despite all the possible straight draws centred around T9x, but I guess he could. If he has 99 it's also a bit passive on the flop, but again I guess he could. Maybe on the flop he thought you're cbetting air and wants to trap with bottom set.
Still, I don't see any point in this hand where you can fold here. He might've quads, but he might just as likely to have A9 here given the flop play. When he raised you all in on the river it smells like quads, but it's not like you're folding to $8 more to win like $130 here.
