SPR roughly 2.5... you need about 41% to get it in profitably.

This is made on the assumption of a 20% range from villain.

this is his get it in range :
    ProPokerTools Omaha Hi Simulation
    600,000 trials (Randomized)
    board: JT2
    Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
    AA37:ddss43.15% 256,7384,303
    20%J,JJ,22,TT,JT,T2,AKQ,Q98,KQ9,89T,KQT,KQJ,89J,AQT,AKT,AQJ,AKJ,KKQ,KKA,QQK,QQA,QQ9)56.85% 338,9594,303

Lets assume he folds the rest...
Here is how you do against that :

    ProPokerTools Omaha Hi Simulation
    600,000 trials (Randomized)
    board: JT2
    Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
    AA37:ddss68.31% 394,85129,965
    20%!(J,JJ,22,TT,JT,T2,AKQ,Q98,KQ9,89T,KQT,KQJ,89J,AQT,AKT,AQJ,AKJ,KKQ,KKA,QQK,QQA,QQ9)31.69% 175,18429,965

His folding range still has 32% equity so Pot calling is the way here.

Basically he would ship 56% and fold 44% of his range.

    EV=+202.5*.44+.56*(.43*1172-485)=90+10=100

Note that the EV comes from his folding range mostly and that versus this flop this is a break even situation. definetely not the best flop but far from the worse also.

Live 1-2-5. Competent/tightish reg (500) limps MP (not unusual), competent/tightish reg (1050) limps OTB, I (covers) raise to 20 in BB with AsAdTs9c, call, call. Flop AcQdTc. I bet 60, V1 raises to 220, V2 pots to 770. So assuming it's all going in anyway, in essence it's 970 to win 1630. Fold, right? Especially (but not solely) since an out or two is likely gone?
Quick Checkup Thread - PLO flavour Quote

Definitely folding the AA here. We're already just working with 6 outs on the flop. Then, how often do 2 competent regs both have a bare KJ without a Q, T, or A in their hand? Not very often. We're working with minimal outs here and a huge SPR with V2. Looks like a fairly trivial fold to me.

Villain is a loose/passive fish, and I expect him to play pretty straightforawrd. Since there are still a lot of worse hands in his range, I decided to bet for value, intending to bet/fold. Then he made a really tilting raise size and I thought it might be like 1bb over breakeven if I can get him to call a 30% river bet when I boat up (notice that I hold a boat blocker).

He gave you such good odds.
Nevertheless with your blocker 6 you don't have the 24.5% equity required alone. More likely you have 20% as he will have a pair on average with his straight.
So you are perfectly right to say that for the play to be +EV you need him to call 30% of the time when you boat river.

Are you asking about your bet ott?
I think it is good you gotta value/defend against the FLD.
