IMO 13 percentage 3 bet and 4.8 bet range is just a leak can not be profitable against any reasonable competition.
To finish: Do you have tiltproblems? It could make a big difference
Thanks for the advice. I would say I am generally pretty good at quitting when I start to tilt.

When I'm running good and my confidence is high my style works well and can do a good job at running over the regs/nits/passive fish, but when i'm running bad and confidence is low i lose my creativity + ability to find the second/third barrel and the good players deff pick up on this and abuse me. I Will look at toning down my game a little beacuse as you say the regs have generally got a lot better lately. thnx

I always check this back because I don't want to get checkraised just to get it in with a coinflip. And the only hand that I see a cbet calling here that's worse then us is JJxx.
By checking back we have 11 outs to hit the turn and 14 to hit the river, so we can call any turn bet.

Re: *~* Quick Checkup Thread - PLO flavour *~*

Villain was a big fish, played 81/0/1. Once he c/r's he's only repping 53xx, but does he has it all the time?

SB ($15.56)
Hero ($5)
UTG ($12.50)
UTG+1 ($19.30)

UTG calls $0.05, fold, fold, BTN calls $0.05, fold, Hero checks

FLOP ($0.17) 4 7 A

Hero bets $0.15, UTG folds, BTN calls $0.15

TURN ($0.47) 4 7 A 2

Hero bets $0.40, BTN raises to $0.80, Hero ?

This is a call right?

Re: *~* Quick Checkup Thread - PLO flavour *~*

^Min-raise your priced to call & re-evaluate on river i'd say...

Wasn't sure what to do on this hand, folded because I figured I was probably up against a NFD. The BB was fairly tight so put him on a big wrap, the SB was fishy but hadn't seen a min raise like this so didn't know what to make of it and also guessed that BB was holding some of my outs

$0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha Hi

Stacks:
UTG ($11.80)
Hero ($22.75)
BTN ($12.40)
SB ($4.10)
BB ($14.38)

Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 5 players) Hero is CO K Q 3 Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.35, 1 fold, SB calls $0.30, BB calls $0.25

Flop: 9 8 J ($1.05, 3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1.05, Hero calls $1.05, SB raises to $2.10, BB raises to $8.40, Hero folds

And one more - should I be taking a flop here? Villain was possibly tilted at me for taking a bit of his money but hadn't been getting out of line...

Did you notice CO's stack? That was the reason for my cold call, granted it still may have been a bad call...

I understand CO can have a pretty wide range here, but we're not even closing the action. Our hand also isn't that great really.

Re: *~* Quick Checkup Thread - PLO flavour *~*

Villian had been 3betting me a ton, as he was on my immidiate left on 2-3 tables, although I didn't notice him 3betting me often out of the blinds, naturally I gave him more credit to have a strong starting hand, although I don't believe even more then half his range is made up AAxx hands. This player is neither a maniac or a nut peddlar

Poker Stars $50.00 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 5 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked

BB: $51.85
UTG: $67.70
CO: $26.00
Hero (BTN): $83.70
SB: $97.05

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BTN with A T Q K
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, SB raises to $5.75, 1 fold, Hero calls $4

Flop: ($12.00) A 2 7 (2 players)
SB bets $7.00, Hero calls $7

Turn: ($26.00) 9 (2 players)
SB bets $18.00, Hero ???

Spoiler:

I'm assuming many people will tell me to fold flop here, if you don't fold the flop here Why?

my thoughts were I needed more info, I thought he'd be cbetting this pot roughly 100% of the time, given he had the lead preflop with the 3bet but he wouldn't fire a 2nd barrel with non AA hands unless he turned two pairs or some kinda wrap or pair+flushdraw.

When the 9 turned, i thought against his overall range, I'm very far behind.

If the turn is a non flush T-K would you stack off?

if hes 3betting aton then A7xx AAxx A2xx 77xx 22xx is a very small part of his range

Did you read to this part?

"as he was on my immidiate left on 2-3 tables, although I didn't notice him 3betting me often out of the blinds,"

no... but i also didnt' realize we were slightly deep in the hand

you are either WA/WB

he can rep the nuts while its kinda hard for you to rep so i think you should fold

I dont think the average 50 PLO villain is capable of double barreling a bluff in a 3bet pot so i think your crushed by his value betting range or you have "okay" equity vs his draws
