Q high fd, OP and bottom two, facing action

I limped MP with about 35 bbs holding QQ25 ss in clubs. The small blind pots it and the bb called. I called. I'm readless and this is PLO4. The flop comes 25J with two clubs. The sb leads out for almost pot and the bb goes all in with his remaining chips (not much more than the bet). I don't have much more either. Going all in i'm only doubling the sb's flop bet so no real FE.

As it happened I shoved for the rest and the small blind had AA with the nut flush draw. The bb showed a set of fives. I was utterly crushed, lol. These were the very hands I was worried I might run into. Was I right for calling off the rest of my chips in that spot?

Please don't sit with 35bb at PLO4 next time. Surprisingly enough, the shove seems profitable.

Holy cow! I'm surprised. Before I shoved I thought it was very close. Then afterwards when I saw both villains had me dead I thought it was very spewy. So I thought about it for a while and decided to post the hand. Thanks for the stats, ****.

I guess I ran into the very top of my opponents range in both spots, lmaooo. (thanks, Coon74, for introducing me to the concept of Galfond bucks. It will be a soothing balm to my tilt in the future.)

btw, dude, hit me up if you're ever in Miami. I can put you up. We can talk PLO all day. You play any backgammon?

It's strange that people like those G-bucks arguments. G-bucks are obv a better model than S-bucks but alas not everyone admits it when they win running into the bottom of opps' ranges. In fact I expected a lot of 'shut up, fish' replies. (I guess 'S-bucks' is a non-standard abbreviation of Sklansky $ because my 500th post was on Google's top for the 'poker "s-bucks"' query at the time of writing ).

You must be joking. I'm a poor Russian. I guess I'll never show up in Miami nor learn backgammon.

You just need to run white hot for a few months. If the money lasts the luck will come.

I was recently introduced to backgammon and was instantly fascinated. I haven't gambled on it but plan to study it. It's both luck and skill so many poker concepts will apply. I think there are some websites that offer backgammon money games but I haven't looked into them. I feel like they might take a big rake. Actually, part of why I wanna learn it is because games that involve both luck and skill always attract some fish, and in the event of some global cataclysm whereby the internet is destroyed, in such a postapocalyptic scene we'd have to play live. there'd be live poker games, but with a lot of cheating. With backgammon cheating is harder, and easier to detect.
