I don't know about Dueces Cracked but I really liked CR's duel HU vid with Hastings/Townsend. I think Grizy and I will be having HU vids coming out on Leggo very soon. If DC has HU vids, I'd bet its not a very extensive list so watch em all if your already there.
I think your best way to learn though is obviously to play. Watch other players play and try to figure out their tendencies and how you can get value from them,then try to exploit it. 2p2 is free and has some VERY smart minds as far as PLO goes but I think you need to ask the right questions. The "how to play AAxx" or "how are my stats" posts don't usually attract indepth responses. Other than that, try to find someone who is also learning and pick each others brains from time to time. It helps alot.
I don't know of any books I'd reccommend on HU PLO, esp if your playing online.
