    Villain is playing 23/12 RFI UTG 15, cbet 38, delayed cbet 50, AGG% 34, riv bet 31.
    Any love for leading flop?
Turn I think there's nothing to do but c/c.
OTR, villain can probably pot vbet 96 and T9. How important is the fact that we block J and 44 and block no hearts, which means villain has less 2pair hands to c/ down with and more missed FDs to bluff with?
    Should we call?

    Thanks!

I would think villain's range is too tight to call

Donk flop or not depends on limit tendencies. The more aggressive the game is, the more raises will you get if you're trying to bet in the flops that don't hit your range hard. So it's kinda if this guy understands that you have a much wider range that hits this board significantly better than his tight range, and he may not cbet this flop, then you may lead.

But checking is also fine. If you have an aggressive image of a guy that raises enough, then you may have this in you raising range as well on this board.

Here I could lean to a call. Reasons: he really delay-cbets often. Kinda on any card if the opponent didn't show interest in the pot. I cannot check the pokerjuice, but looks like he shouldn't have that much straights to value bet that strong in his range. Depends on the opponent, some may just try to push you out of the pot. I mean, even if he has a top straight, why is he value betting it that hard vs your range, that looks like very draw-heavy?

I would lead flop based on his low cbet %
And i would lead turn vs this nit, need to get value from FD, and i would lead turn a lot with semibluffs and bluffs vs him
As played, i would call river, if he is potting turn with T9xx and 65xx, i dont think a nit is going to pot bet river with a 65xx, so that leaves T9.
He almost never has 96 cause he opened UTG, so that limits this to i would say 9966, AA96, KK96 and 9876
Sizing on the river is weird, because your range shouldnt be strong.
Call river and make a note for future hands
