What do you think about pre and flop?

Pre is fine, flop is rough.

I don't think I can find a fold here and jamming has to be bad, so I think I feel gross and peel one off

your equity says it all, only thing u have working for you is pos, its either call or fold, and if your callin just to peel one, then your equity is closer to 10% that u actually wanna see. i fold and move on to the next hand.
