I'm betting on the high side due to nasty straight cards but a similar amount to what I bet with 7895, so maybe 17$. He probably folds often but oh well.
I think villain is cbetting alot here. You want value out of your hand, and go to showdown, because villain is most likely holding weaker hands than yours.
Calling does not make you realize your equity at all, first probably on the river.
Raising makes him fold alot. Either reraise small or call to induce bluffs to get value.
