villain is an aggro fish 70/50 50% agg both flop and turn, 23% river agg over small sample 50hands ...

his flop and turn cbet are both 75%

not sure about my line here, a couple hands before he rivered a bd flush and went for a c/r, this made me think in retrospect there was a good chance he was bluffing otr, what do you guys think? he insta potted the river ...

btw i didnt raise the button coz he never folds to steals ...

ur blocking missed clubs you have zero blockers to quite a few different straight combos that he could have. He's also credibly repping a straight so barring that he's got a massive river aggression its a very simple fold

Okay i was gonna post some spiel as to why we just need to tighten up and keep pfr and create and 3b/4b/5bet dynamic asap with villain but then i thought actually i dont mind flatting here and seeing a flop.

As played... Does anyone else like a raise on the turn here?? I feel like it has some merit here. Or am i just being ******?

Obv fold river when he pots

What's your thought process for the turn raise? As played, river I'm folding.

why is turn a good raise spot, what exactly are we accomplishing by raising? Are we raising as a bluff to fold out better 2 pair? Surely it can't be a value raise?

We have a pretty solid hand that we can overvalue against this opponent headsup.

i get the feeling his accumulated this stack with pure pot pot pot aggression.

I guess what I am saying is (its probably fps on my part) but i would consider raising for protection on turn to block a river pot from villain. Plus we have position on river to extract further value when we want
