You have to bet this flop. Can't afford to give gut-shots and flush draws free cards here. We have the 2nd nuts, you have to value bet that, if you can't value bet 2nd nuts what are you betting? Even if someone has KT we can still spike a 3outer to beat them. 100bb deep not folding, when we get deeper it starts to get interesting.

I can think of like a dozen hands I'd prefer over 8T here

I'd rather have two pair and a FD and a few other things yes, but this is by no means a bad spot.

Edit: this exact board (suits and all) is what I won my largest pot online. 4-way all-in and I had QJT with nut clubs which I would obviously take over OPs hand but are you ever seriously considering folding the T8 here?
