MP raises to $0.22, CO calls $0.22, BTN folds, SB calls $0.20, Hero calls $0.17

Flop: ($0.93) J 4 6 (4 players)

He's 95/6 over 75 hands, I figure he can have ATC. I've seen him take stabs when checked to several times as well.

It might be a bit on the passive side, but I would lean towards c/c rather than c/r. But I would rather lead turn I think

I don't like leading the flop as we would have to fold our hand if we get raised. I would rather c/c flop. As played I would lead again on the turn. You don't want to give any free cards to a potential flush draw.

if we c/c what's the plan for the river? I like an offsuit 2 or T but other than that I'm not happy with anything...

Hand improves equity wise on the turn, continue it rather than checking. Villain is aggro enough that he could potentially stack off with 578 here or a worse two pair or AQ6 two diamonds. Continune turn.

I would start by checking on the flop. We are 4-way and we have good relative position, so if MP decides to cbet we get to see what the other players are doing and take it from there.

On the turn, I think your play is fine. Both betting and check-raising are viable lines imo and highly dependent on how often he's going to bet when checked to. Once you check and he bets, raising is mandatory.
