PLO5. Good spot to raise flop?

Villain has been playing passive pre but attacking a lot of flops

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha, $0.05 BB (5 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

BB ($5.63)
UTG ($12.13)
Hero (MP) ($9.24)
Button ($9.09)
SB ($4.65)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J, 6, 8, J
1 fold, Hero bets $0.17, 2 folds, BB calls $0.12

Flop: ($0.36) 6, 7, 3 (2 players)
BB bets $0.35, Hero calls $0.35

Turn: ($1.06) 9 (2 players)
BB bets $1.02, Hero calls $1.02

River: ($3.10) 3 (2 players)
BB bets $1.15, Hero ????

Whats your line here? Call flop/Raise Turn? Raise Flop/get it in turn? As played call river and pray/burn money?

I think i basically butchered the hand. Now that i see that again raising turn/get it in would be sweet. Any comments welcome

Fold flop vs. passive villain.

As played, fold turn.

As played, call river (lots of 2 pairs counterfeited & he slowed down).

What are you hoping to get it in against on the turn?

You can shove turn if he tends to be "win every pot", but your "attacking alot of flops" read is wishy-washy at best.
