Preflop is way too loose. 9862ss is a bottom 30% hand.

3-betting the flop against a frequent check-raiser. Calling otherwise.

I love how every comment you make has percentages about the position of the hand in a 100% range preflop.

Doesn't mean that's useless, I do appreciate it for real.

Anyway pre is a fold, as played you can't fold but at the same time you shouldn't raise so call and evaluate turn.

Most of the time I'd open with that hand from co (not playing zoom). It plays quite well against average sb/bb 3 bet ranges. One possibility is c-back flop, because I hate to be raised here without any information of the raise range.
