I think I'd fold. Best case scenario is you're up against QT/AQ/KK with a flush draw. Zoom Omaha plays pretty passive and nitty at micro stakes, if people are betting big, they generally have it.

his 5% 3b should be big rundowns and AA vs an utg open. it looks like he has KJ or AA with spades or something along those lines. i'd call the turn if I thought there were some rivers we could bluff (like if we could bluff spades) but i don't think we can comfortably bluff. so fold seems best i guess.

as for pre i don't really think it's a slam dunk call or anything. the Jhi fds are not doing you any favors. could see folding being best vs such a tight players 3bet.
