We don't need to find another 20% to break even though. If pots odds are 30%, and we win at SD 30%, then (if we ignore further betting otr) we breakeven by calling.
Your analysis shows that it's very close either way on the turn - we need 30% (pot odds), we have 28.35% (pot equity).
