Villain is a 90/10 fish with %44 agression, %12 c/r flop over 120 hands.
When he raises the flop like %75 pot, I did put him on a low pair+ straight draw so my plan was to call the raise and jam any non straight turn. I never planned to play a river with this spr so ignore the river bet please. Should I fold to flop raise

Flop is a fold. Why get into a marginal spot with a fish? Just wait for a bigger hand to get it in with this guy.

Fish play small pairs, as well as disconnected cards, so he could easily have a set, two pair, or top pair with a better kicker.

This spot is just way too ugly. No reason to continue after the c/r.
