What exactly do you think villain is repping here? How many combos do you expect villain to show up with here after 3betting pre? Typically this flop and board run out does not connect with a pf OOP 3bet squeeze range very well if at all, expecting villain to show up with more high card hands, big pairs, well connected ds middle to high rundowns, that sort of thing.

If this guy isn't a maniac and also isn't capable of having a deceptive or I guess the PLO equivalent of "polarised" 3bet range preflop then you kinda just have to call this river although you're definitely not thrilled about it after being potted into for 3 streets. We hold a T which lowers the combos of top 2 pairs, top set that villain could have. very difficult to see your regular PLO25 player show up with any 33 or 22 combos here unless they're a complete maniac.. Quite possibly some really well connected 66 combos make sense like 6678ds, cbets flop and turns a set and of course TTxx is a possibility but unlikely.. I hate to exclude the T3, 23, 36 combos that have boated up by this river as you never know with unknown micros players but it just seems super unlikely.

I could include some semi-bluff triple barrels in villain's range (some of which got there OTR) but villain's bet sizing at least on the flop doesn't make a lot of sense for the board texture and potential 2, 3 barrel w/ some sort of equity. With the 2 barrel and river pot bet I feel villain's range could go either way

tough to see how he could have boat after 3 banging pre. maybe he ended up with hearts also? perhaps u could fold on the flop

It's close. As such, I like using the GTO play when something is pretty close. We're at the tippy top of our range here as this is probably the strongest hand we'll get to the river that's played this way as we probably raise a set on the flop or turn. So this seems like a simple call getting nearly 4:1.

Yeah, don't really see anyway I wouldn't call and jot a note.

Your hand doesn't perform too poorly as a 4-bet vs his spazzy 3-bet to be fair. As played, call.
