PLO20. Using Ace blocker vs smaller stack

Sorry my bad english!!
IPoker, $0.10/$0.20 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    SB: $10.54 (52.7 bb)
    BB: $66.90 (334.5 bb)
    Hero (MP): $20.94 (104.7 bb)
    CO: $20.20 (101 bb)
    BTN: $19.68 (98.4 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is MP with 8 A J Q
Hero raises to $0.60, 2 folds, SB calls $0.50, BB calls $0.40

    Flop: ($1.80) 6 J Q (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.35, SB calls $1.35, BB folds

    Turn: ($4.50) 3 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks

    River: ($4.50) 5 (2 players)
    SB bets $3.37, Hero folds

    Spoiler:

Should i shove the river? I probably would have shoved the turn if he bet(not sure thou). I had played with him only about 10 hands or so, so i didnt have a read on him. He did seem passive. And reason why i didnt bet turn was he probably has a flush and he aint folding it 2 a bet and if not then i hoped he had a hand with showdown value and we can check it down.
