I'll often 3 bet in this situation, unless there is a reason to price the blinds in.

Raise flop. If we get 3 bet with a high spr it's probably prudent to call to get away from a paired board on the turn, but if he has a better flush draw/wrap/w/e then not much we can do.

For me more ev is to raise small or call on the flop just coz u are 147bb deep and u hand can be dominated a lot. So for me the best play here is to see the river.

I'm of course not familiar with this villain, but in general his flop betsize means weakness, so I would definetely raise to around 1.5. The thing is, our hand doesnt really have that many nut outs, so you kinda wana push out something like naked QT.

Oh and yes, definetely 3bet pre.
