Villain is on the laggy side, opening wide from CO (yes, I missed a great spot for 3bing him pf...
). When he checks OTT, should I check back and give him a chance to bluff or is it better to bet small and hope to get a call from Axxx hands?

I think CO can Cbet here 100% his range.
Randomly I play x Turn because I feel many people Cbet in that spots (when board is paired and no FD) whole range. Special If his AggFreq River is high and he can try bluff us.
If we bet alone sometimes people call us once with hand like AA**, KK**.
Also I like to know what that almost PSB sizing (99%) mean
