Should I just shove on the flop?

def not shoving flop, SPR is huge and the best you can hope for is around 45%, never more and sometimes almost dead against a straight with a higher flush draw. as played I think flop is the hardest decision. I think cbet is ok though it really sucks to get raised.

What's your flop plan when you get raised? Are you planning on trying to bet changes in texture?

With spades, I prefer checking flop.
