I assume if we're balancing our full houses otr with somethings this is a good hand to do it with?
His betsizing combined with the blockers made me think this would be a decent bluff.

Hi,

i like your bluff.

+ Opponent is deep eonugh to find a tight fold.

Imo it´s hard to call a River shove without the NFH+.
? Is these type of Opponent the right one to make this play, it seems like he´s loose?

? How often does Oppo lead the River with a 1/3 Size Bet? BlockBet, ValueBet, or what everBet?

I am not trying to fold out boats but rather straights, flushes, Kxxx etc. Ofc if he's folding boats then.. great.
I agree we shouldn't be too happy about bluffing a funplayer but I'm also pretty convinced this player would often bet river way bigger with a boat.

Generally a value bet for a nut or close to nut boat would be larger here but if you're against a fun non-thinking player I don't think you can expect them to fold much at all with any decent hand and you're never going to get any sizing tell from them either.

Hey,
I actually played on your table in this hand, and if I remember correctly, villain was taking a lot of river-stabs after CC turn.
Definetly do not think it is a good bluff against this villain after him calling me down pretty light several times, but I remember thinking you must have had KQJx or something in this spot.

Would've worked on me if I was making a thin value bet there

One problem I see with bluffing this spot aside from what others have mentioned about recreational players not folding any boat and maybe not even the nut flush, is he will show up to this river with a lot of Kx boats himself. He's peeling a lot of KQ combos otf and a lot of his opening range will have a pair to go with it, even though you hold blockers.

looks sexy but bluff raising is generally suicidal.

I don't think anyone, rec or not, is folding a boat here.

well, we surely have to have some bluffs in our range, and this is about the prototype hand to be doing it, both in terms of blocker value and the line that we took.

there just may be little too shallow stacks though, best would obv be to be able to make a full potsize raise, or even better, raise more than pot. that´s the way ivey did it back then @fulltilt, he and pat got permission to play omaha with a no limit structure from the server, that was one reason they crushed everybody back then.

Agree. In theory its a nice bluff but sometimes if only one piece is not matching -like here the stacks- than can turn into a -ev bluff

no, you surely do not, not in this spot. you want to target your bluffs against weakness, not strength.
