Pre is marginal. As played, I expect pf calling ranges to be very wide which should carry through to flop continuing ranges. Barring a Q, I also expect that you'd shut down on almost all turns, especially if you get both callers. And even if you decide to fire a second barrel HU ott, you'd be doing doing so pretty blind. Rinse repeat otr.
This hand is destined to be pretty sub-optimal across all streets. I think it playing out the way it did does a pretty good job of demonstrating that.
This is just average QQ, a raise pre is perfectly fine though I would fold if there were tough aggressive players behind.
You really shouldn't just cbet 3 handed at SSPLO. Are you trying to get a weak ace to fold? Are you trying to get value from JJ and worse? Are you planning on setting up turn bluffs? Value is too thin here and any kind of bluff line is kinda bad. This is about the worst hand to cbet this flop with.
On river 56 is staring you in the face, but I do still go ahead and value-bet and mostly fold to a raise. As played, I do just call river, which is part of the reason just betting is probably better. You're losing to 56 either way, but you're picking up more calls than inducing bluffs. You generally don't have to worry about getting bluff raised, mainly just since players won't make that move but also since 56 is easily in your range as well, along with all sets.
