Good evening,

Can I sometimes flat call here, instead of 4-betting, considering that:

1) Stack sizes don't allow me to have a SPR = 1 on the flop;

2) I add some deceptive factor to my game and can outplay villain when he holds KKxx hands?

I think it would have to depend on villain tendencies; if he's got a very high c-bet percentage in 3-bet pots then you could consider flatting, because he'll effectively put the 4-bet in for you on the flop and you can decide what to do next. Be prepared for a lot of awkward flops, though.

Generally speaking, though, being out of position, and being only just over 100bb, I'd prefer to just 4-bet.

you would get spr of 1.5, if villain is on the looser side and would be playing well against our 4-bets e.g. calling with middling run downs then i'd be more inclined to play ip espeically if he c-bets more.

If he is tighter with a lower 3-bet% and low f4b then i tend to 4-bet more.

He is in the Button, I am out of position.

You are approaching it wrong imo. You should not think about whether to 4bet aces oop, but what other hands beside aces you want to put in your 4bet range

Nice point. What kind of non Aces hands do u think we should add in a 4-bet range? I suppose we will always 4-bet and gii with this range, right?

NO.

4Bet is the way to go because:
SPR of 1.38 is not really bad with aces.
Our hand has a very polarized equity distribution postflop and being OOP we will find it really hard to play profitably.
We deny the positional advantage of BTN by making the SPR postflop slower.
We have a EV+ move in general by 4betting if we just dodge some really bad boards.
