PLO10 NFD + GS facing raise on turn oop

[converted_hand][hand_history]IPoker, $0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

BTN: $7.82 (78.2 bb)
Hero (SB): $11.54 (115.4 bb)
BB: $11.31 (113.1 bb)
UTG: $10.99 (109.9 bb)
MP: $5.94 (59.4 bb)
CO: $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A 8 7 8
UTG calls $0.10, MP calls $0.10, 2 folds, Hero completes, BB checks

Flop: ($0.40) 5 T 4 (4 players)
Hero bets $0.30, BB folds, UTG calls $0.30, MP calls $0.30

Turn: ($1.30) 3 (3 players)
Hero bets $1.10, UTG folds, MP raises to $4.60, Hero folds

Villain is 64/4/1.0 over 114

Calls down with anything...like ANYTHING and will fold later streets unimproved.

I know this might seem trivial but I was genuinely stuck here.

When he raises here I think he's pretty much made his hand and wants to jam it in.

Anybody else play this hand differently?

Wp, most likely facing a straight with 11 outs.

If he is so passive/stationy, I don't mind c/c on turn as you usually get to realize your equity and aren't getting any folds if you miss river. If he has turned a str8 and you bet, you are always getting pushed off your equity, which suck, so even though it feels weak and terrible, I think against a bad player you can c/c turn with the plan to donk flushcards and c/r 6s. or something like that
