Villain is tag.
With his line, I think his betting-range on the river consists of missed spade-draws, flushs (diamonds) and full houses. Although I would think he often bets the turn with a fh oder a 5, so I would discount that.
On the other hand my line doesnt look like a fh either. But a river-raise on these limits is almost always the nuts and its PLO. Furthermore, he might just look at his cards, which cant beat a fh and fold.
