I've only played live Omaha cash occasionally before. I normally play NLHE $15-$30 heads-up hyper-turbos but I'm looking to add some variety to my grind so I'm planning on playing PLO10 5-6 hours a week. Would appreciate some criticism.

Table has been fairly passive preflop over 24 hands. UTG had ~24% VPIP and 0% PFR when this hand occurred.
Preflop
What do you think about the preflop call? Due to his tight stats I was putting him on a fairly strong hand preflop but three connected, no-gap cards with King high flush potential seemed like a playable hand.
Flop
On the flop I'm expecting him to often have a premium overpair and/or possibly the Ace/King high flush draw. Should I just let this go in that spot? I'm thinking I have enough equity to peel one off but I'm not sure how I'm doing versus the other two players. If they fold on the flop, I expect to be able to comfortably get it all-in if he barrels any turn that improves me to a straight or two-pair without putting a third club on board, simply because I think it's unlikely for him to have a set on this flop.
Turn
When he checks the turn I barreled because it's unlikely that my hand has much showdown value against his range, I have a fair amount of drawing potential, and on good river cards I think I could possibly barrel him off of an overpair. Thoughts?
River
I was conflicted on this river. I think it's unlikely for him to have a Ten at this point, simply because I would expect him to lead the river if he did. As such, I think a jam would be perfect here simply because his range is so weak. I expect him to fold a ton to a jam but all draws have missed by the river so he might call down. I think checking back was a mistake though.
