i check with the intention to call / shove against hands like KKxx who try to bluff out AAxx.
I know, that i am fairly commited,
but when the CO calls the 7$, i thought a fold would be better there?
what do you think :-) ?

i got a PSB behind,
if i bet 1/2 of the pot, i am potcommitted...

so bet/fold is not an option in my opinion
cause I got odds to call a shove against my bet -> 9tqj is in his range fairly often

Thing is, if you put your money in, you are always behind with usualy 6 outs.
Why CO has such a big stack? donked some wierd draw or got it solid way?

You should analyze your preflop play first. Reads on CO and MP can help here.

Overall 3b preflop and shove the majoity of flops is the standard play. Just shove OTF.

c/f is really really marginal. Allthough 3way someone could really hit that flop hard. Its still a flop im cbet-shoving with less than a psb behind.

Another option is to just call preflop to reduce variance.

Not 3betting pre is horrible, if you dont like "variance" dont play plo.

With 1PSB left and 4betting pre, im shoving pretty mush 95% of flops here

pre is ok. the mistake was to check this board. you gotta bet get it in its actually one of the better flops for you after 4 betting pre with aces
