Villian is 19/5/6 nit-reg
I dont think he has a 4 here, because he checked behind on the flop.
I would expect a bet on the flop if he has a 4.

This line makes only sense with duces-full,
or Kings-full (maybe a lucky weird threes-full) or a bluff...
Although I think, that his bet-sizing is too big for a bluff...
Do you think, a call here is +EV?

So, do you think, its a borderline-decision?
I'd prefere a call atm... dont know why.

Is checking a low paired flop with AA as the pfr your normal line?

Re: PLO10: AA river decision

hm, on this flop, I think, i am way in front or way behind.
I dont know what to do if I get raised by, lets say, the nutflushdraw.
I can not call because I am OOP, and I am not able to shove because a 4 has me crushed.
I like to wait for a save turn in this spots for potcontrol.
I also have Showdownvalue because I crush all two-pair-outs of the villians.

Do you think, my line is weak?
I would cbet something like AKTQ w/o flushdraw more often on this board.

Re: PLO10: AA river decision

Right. So bet half to 2/3 pot and fold to a raise. If he is bluffing with fd, so be it. You are right that it is pretty hard to call a raise. If we do, we essentially have a bluff catcher.

The thing is that we get a lot of folds with a small bet on this board texture and the times we get raised are relatively few unless villain is pretty aggro. If he is a nit pre, we can extrapolate that he is not spewy/aggro post and will probably play pretty pretty fit or fold. Their fold2cbet numbers are important here.

I would definitely bet the turn. We haven't seen aggression from anyone, we likely have the best hand and we just picked up 9 outs. I know we have showdown value, but if we have FE, it's an important part of this hand's overall value.

When we show this much weakness, even a nit will pick up the ball and take a stab.

Overall I think the line is too passive.

River is likely a call with the missed fd.

Yea I prefer betting here, they call with plenty worse made hands, and ultimately there will be fewer 4a in there range compared to say a 883r flop where there's a lot more hands with an 8 in it that they will play so if they raise just give into them for now

I go with your call here. Top two pair good enough for me. I doubt villain just checks a low low set like 4's. The king could have given him top board 2 PR and heart redraws.

The earlier poster explained betting the flop really good.
