BTN seems to be complete monkey! 67/40 w/ 3bet 43 (7) but small sample size,
BB is a whale 62/13 fold bb to steal 18.

What's my best option here? if i 4 bet and get shoved on by BTN, call? if my hand was DS does it change my decision about whether 4 bet or no?
