Preflop should be standard.
Do you fold or shove on the flop (calling doesnt make any sense imo)?
The obvious question is: How often are people doing this for value?
I think with a value hand like two pair he could simply c/r allin.

Would be nice with a diamond on the board but yeah ain't folding to this. If I'd fold on this board I wouldn't 4bet pre.

Easy shove. But if my raise button stopped working I'd obviously call. Fwiw, raising and calling are usually going to be very similar in EV when calling leaves a 0.3 SPR or whatever.

^ Having to fold on a board shouldn't be a reason not to 4b pre since if we have to fold here it's because villains donking range is really strong and 4b is still insanely profitable.

Agree about not folding here though. As you said OP he shouldn't have many 2pr hands here given he should check most of them. He could have 46xx (xx being high cards or pair that don't give a straight draw) where we have 27% equity, but on average we should have 40% equity against a typical donking range (Txxx, 57, 578)

This is as dry as it gets, so why would villain donkpot w a strong range? in my experience, they always have 1pair/weak holding here.

Snap Re Shove. He's showing up with TT, Poor AA (people can be super tight pre oop in this stake, even closing vs 4b) and occasionally some danglers attached to a big pair that has connected with this board.

Thx for responses.
I shoved and he showed the good old TT84ss. Just wanted to check.

What if you had a read that they only donked sets. Would you still abstain from 4b-ing?

As other have said it's an easy stack off. I would just add that in my experience this is often not a strong hand, and people usually check/shove their sets here.

If that's the case wouldn't it be an easy 4-bet and we should widen our 4-bet range as villian would be fairly easy to read post-flop?

Pretty bad board to donk lead considering how dry it is and we'll be cbetting our KK+ almost always. Where the x/r at villain?

Looks weak from villain, given that you would/should always c-bet on that dry flops. So insta reshove

thougt exactly the same. I think SB is trying to raise EV with his donkbet because he thinks that his equity is sowhere around 30-50%. So every fold of hero would raise his EV. A set would go for a check-raise and two pair is unlikely (maybe with a low rundown).

I would go for it i think if there are no special reads on SB that would justify a fold.

Doesn't really matter at this SPR. Leading a capped range in this spot isn't a mistake.

I expect to see pair + a little extra most of the time here, like JT97.

Not 4b pre with this hand a significant % of the time is a big leak.

Postflop our Aces keep the equity edge, with this SPR I think we can't scape.

I am not sure if 4betting preflop with not great Aces to play a SPR of 2 is mathematically good where our hand is almost face up
