Cutoff is a maniac with %33 3bet, sb is 100/33 ultra fish BB is unknown, 36/14 in 14 hands.
I have 25% equity vs 100% range, 33%range and vs AAxx, I really don't know whether I should fold or raise this hand with this table dynamics. Playing bad with KK is one of my leaks and table dynamics make it even more difficult for me.
