Assuming SB doesn't call, pot SPR~4. You can b/f some nastier boards and b/c dry boards. I think people typically stack off in the SPR4 region with an toppair+gutshot.. is overpair + 4 outs to 2 sets as equitable as that?
In this case, with the SB calling, SPR~2+. If he's somewhat normal you can assume his range is strong rundowns or ds connectables and play accordingly. Stack off on dry boards, maybe c/f a QT7 board or whatever.
As played that's almost a miracle board for your hand. Even against 2 hands you should have a lot of equity. Against a spewy player I'd b/c this all day.
