    Bump.

There's no merit in calling because you'll almost never fold the turn vs the maniac given the 1-to-3 pot odds, and also the hand will suck multiway unless a heart comes.

Shoving the flop seems the best option because you'll fold out many hands having a decent equity vs you, such as Villain's 66, 55, 33, other opp's pairs. Your own pair (a draw to two pairs) gives you enough direct pot equity to make the move. Each of the backdoor flushdraws is worth an extra out.

Fold pre the first time, fold pre the second time. I guess I just go all in otf as there aren't any turns I'm comfortable folding.

I also think it would be bad to shove flop because there 2 other behind and we isolate vs all worst and near dead vs calling range of 2 other.

My first instinct was just the opposite - reverse implied odds with marginal draws and marginal pairs. I probably call the first raise fold the reraise-fest

    +1

only thing we have is nut suit that plays well mw. check how often we actually get hearts postflop and you'll see the hand indeed plays poorly mw.
calling this from btn is one thing, i'd call there too vs maniac, but calling from MP is just burning money, especially with even semi aggro people behind.

calling the min 4bet is beyond me. your hand is utter trash to play for big pots, add in your bad relative position and you can't hit the fold btn fast enough once it gets repopped pre.

    kinda reminds me of
