100 hands on villain.

On flop I'm not really sure, but i decided to check and decide on such a wet board.
Turn, I decided to bet with it getting checked through on flop and having improved to top 2 pair. Not sure if I should have just checked again. It probably optimistic to think there is not a straight out there so I really question my turn bet.
Once raised on turn I am getting great odds so i decide to call the min raise.
River. I hit top boat and only have to worry about a SF so I decide to pot it. Villain shoves and all I am worried about is a SF.
Do I have to call here?
Critiques on all streets please.
