I run into this spot sometimes and not sure how to defend properly. We only have 4x in our range when we have AA4x, KK4x or AKQ4 double suited etc, and not a lot of QQxx. At the same time our opponent shouldn't either. Having AQ is probably better than AA blocking the Q for some boats, unless some of his bluffraises are hands like QJT5 trying to get me off of AAxx. I can't really fold the flop for that price unless I was bluffing, but then I feel he's going to almost always bet the turn after c/r'ing that small so calling flop to always fold turn feels iffy too. Checking flop behind with most of our range seems weak as we do have so many more AA/KK combo's when he just whiffs or makes top pair. In this particular hand I even pick up equity against his non-boats but still felt he probably had 4x so I threw my tainted nfd away, but everything sucks. WUG?

Here are my thoughts:
1) I'd consider playing this combo as a flat pre. We have dominating equity multiway and want to keep the blinds in. 3b is also fine.

2) Flop bet/call for that sizing looks fine. We should have a decent range advantage on this texture and dont expect to get played back on a ton. Turn fold is kind of nitty given we pick up equity and I believe it is a defend if he we think he has air here >20% of the time or so.
