PLO 10 - AKKQ, can we fold this PF to a 4bet? (140bb deep)

Im 140 bb deep in 10 PLO zoom on stars. (sorry i quit the session right after the hand and it didnt save.)
I have AKKQ with 1 A high suit in BB.
Folds to B, He raises, Sb calls. I 3bet, he 4 bets, sb folds.
Its like 4.30 to me after my 1.30 raise and I have $13 behind (he has me covered)
I have 40 hands on the B.
Hes playing a 20/20/10.0(AF), with a high AF% like 40 i think.
Against most B opens Im fistpumping here, but the only stat that had me confused was his 0 percent 3bet. If this guys never 3betting light, hes never ever 4 betting light right?
With the A blocker are we getting this in?
Any merit if were continuing to call? the pot will be about ~8 with ~8 behind so SPR of 1.

Fold. We have plenty of other non AA 3bet hands we can call with.
