I'm currently asking myself the same question, as I seem to be calling the flop and turn and then facing a big bet on the river where suddenly my over pair doesn't look too good.
I'm starting to think about how you play them based on SPR.
So in this case where there is only one raise pre-flop and the SPR is 6 on the flop, you are basically set mining. And therefore I would play pretty tight and fold a lot of flops. I might well be folding the best hand on the flop, but it could be very expensive to find this out by the river.
If you 3bet pre-flop and get an SPR of less than 2, then you can play your over pair more aggressively.
But 3betting (or calling a 3bet) depends on the strength of all 4 cards. I wouldn't be 3betting naked Queens like you have in this hand. You will only hit a set about 1/8 times, so 3betting is just burning money with this hand. You need backup from flush draws and wraps, so a hand like QQ9J suited would be a good hand to 3bet.
