Player pool at plo50 to plo400... is PLO dying?

I just had a look at the player pool from plo50 to plo400 6max.

When i got it right, then there were 72 players playing at the regular tables.
At the zoom tables there were 250 players. Some of these may are in both. I think it is fair to say that there were 300 players in total.

For me this looks like a very very low number. I mean 300 players from plo50 to plo400 in total at Stars... wow

Any opinions on that?

Obv product of rake rape and the assination of the rewards program.
Software only gets you so far. Poker players are good with numbers we know when we're getting screwed.

The games are basicly rendered unbeatable, and even the bad players like to think they have a chance.

I can pretty much guarantee that if they left that stuff alone it would be hi volume business as usual for them and us.

But what you're seeing is the results of greedy business practices.

if you mean everyone is a solid player in the pool i would disagree. there are still fish and donks. its just harder to find these and the fight for the money ist harder.

Of course the payers pool is dying, almost everybody is going broke becuase of the rake and the variance and zoom should be banned!! Its a rake machine for the company!
I doubt if zoom is real poker
Pokerstar please go back to the ruts, less rake and less fun games and dont try to make more of the game than it is

Is Stars really that much worse than other sites? When I have a look at rake comparison sites like

this

to me it seems like there is no better alternative as a low-volume part-time/fun player...

You are playing ONE hand on the first table and than you are moving to another table to play ONE hand and than you are moving to another table to play ONE hand and than you are moving to another table to play ONE hand and than.....
For me its not real poker its more like a carousel-type machine where you just get a lot of hands and moving quickly to another table to get more hands.
Its like running after pokemons...
But it's the spirit of the age..everybody is running faster and faster and faster after everythings...
No time to slow down and get a breath.
