Villains are unknown.

Poker Stars $0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players

BTN: $15.73
Hero (SB): $10.00
BB: $9.84
UTG: $28.42
MP: $5.00
CO: $15.46

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is SB with T 9 J 6
2 folds, CO calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.05, BB checks

Flop: ($0.30) 8 J K (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.29, CO folds, Hero calls $0.29

Turn: ($0.88) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.84, Hero folds--- I felt like my SD might be dominated or my FD might be dominated or my pair might be dominated so river is going to be pretty tricky. I guess that tricky river spot is not a good reason to fold on the turn but I do not know what to do on the river so I folded turn to avoid costly mistakes...

I feel you should call and play some poker on the river. If villain insta pots the 4c I think you can actually find a fold. Usually when you hit though villain will be going into check/call mode and there's just a lot of value there.

We're OOP.... villain can't go into check/call mode or insta pot it!

I think it's close but folding turn is probably fine given it's a PSB.

You probably have enough equity against his range given your direct odds (ie more than 33%). The problem is realizing your equity on the river. Overall this has to be pretty close. I lean towards calling just because a made hand is so much more likely here for villain than a draw and because our draw is decent (ie quite likely to be good on most of our outs). plus a jack might give us the winning hand sometimes.

Here is a good article about a similar situation:
