My regular PLO10 games frequently go limp, raise, call, call. The field is maybe one "reg" and 3-4 40%+ vpip recs. The UTG limp reraise happens about 3%, he'll call the other 97%.
As a default which kinds of hands should be avoided. My range is something like:
Construct your range in a way (as you've already done, more or less) so that you'll end up flopping nuts or drawing to the nuts.
That way you can set-over-set people, flush over flush, etc.
And you'll make your flop decisions much easier which is good for playing MW and OOP.
Calling with a hand that has a single nut component is better than a hand that has 2 - 4 2nd and 3rd nut components. The better you are postflop at realizing where your opponents are at in their range the more hands you can play profitably as both your implied odds are increased and your reverse implied odds get diminished.

I'll be sticking with the former. Hand reading most recs is beyond my powers, too many weird slow plays and random spews, rather just flop value and not fold
