4bp AA on QJx 250 BBs deep

Is this played ok? I'd 4b significantly fewer AA pre than if it were 100 BBs deep but felt like this still has to be a 4b with a dbl pair and a NFD.
On this flop I'd probably just x/f with quite a bunch of AA too but again felt like this should still end up in my betting range because besides its equity this hand can still make decent nut blockers on some runouts.
