OP in 3b pot on dry flop vs semi-tight player

Its a protected pot and I 3b a shorty, so I really should have some sort of hand here. Is it a fold just cuz of that? His CC range should contain a lot of Qxxx hands that I am currently crushing though, I block QQKJ type top set hands very well. I dont think he has any real air here, might have some pr+wrap hands or 2p on the very low end of things.

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $1(BB) Replayer
Hero ($167)
BB ($155)
UTG ($65.42)
UTG+1 ($106)
CO ($10.05)
BTN ($107)

Dealt to Hero K J Q K

fold, fold, CO raises to $3.50, fold, Hero raises to $11.50, BB calls $10.50, CO calls $6.55 (AI)

FLOP ($33.05) 4 2 Q

Hero bets $17, BB raises to $82.40,

Hero?

Qxxx is the most likely combo for villain, I think it's a fistpump shove.

Dont like stacking of here readless. Not sure why he would go crazy after we 3b PF and CB this dry flop.
he could be tricky and raising here is in gerneral good but i would need soem indication he is capeable of making
plays like that.

this is a fold for me. allthough its close, need some reads history.

Unless he thinks you hate folding (and even then I'm not sure), this is a stackoff, imo.

You should be ahead. His coldcall 3bet range should be narrow. I need to figure out how to use Count in Propokertools but his range should be a lot of Queens, some AA hands (but he may 4bet this), and very few small rundowns. Something like top 15% or more toward high cards. He may have some double suited dangling broadway (AdQdJs4s) and you get unlucky, but otherwise you do okay.

Another topic, i think we will get bluffed here alot on the flop.
Isnt it better to cbet on the larger side ?

D Moose has the right Idea there is a whole range of Q2A Q4A QQ 44 22 A342 2345 3456 /double paired/ double suited/rundown hands that can easily have hit the flop as hard as bare Qxxx.

I agree with this, and also villains are far more likely to lead these hands than Qxxx. I fold unless I have some player specific read telling me not to

You're going to run into trashy AA more often than anything else IMO. He'll very often just look at a turn with Qxxx facing a bet of 17 into 33 with 140bbs behind. Sometimes he'll have a double pair that setted, sometimes he'll have AQT4ds, and occasionally he'll have the other KK. I wouldn't expect random Qxxx rundowns very often at all with his flop line. Against this type of player, I'd fold without thinking twice about it.
