Villian is a regular. Do we pay him off here or is this an easy fold?
I assume he can have just one hand AQxx here and I guess he is not raising my riverbet with anything, that I have beat right?

I don't think this is an open from MP.
I would check the flop. It's four way, and getting raised would be fairly disastrous. The pair component of our hand is fairly weak, because we have just middle pair, so if we face resistance we will probably be drawing only to the flush. Whereas if we had top pair and if they had top two or top and bottom we could be super live. So I would check and see what happens, see what sort of odds I get, how many players are still left to act behind me. I think our chances of taking down the pot with a bet are slim, because it is four way.
Turn is a great card, and we're heads up. I like a small bet here, half pot. Hard to squeeze value out of anything.
River I think I would check. Villain called your c-bet four way, and continued on the paired board. He's shown a lot of strength, because your flop c-bet showed a lot of strength and he continued in the face of it. As played I would fold.

Open probably fine. River probably plays better as check-call. Don't think we can bet-call this off.
